By downloading free demo/trial font files or obtaining a Personal Use License from Fontsider, you agree to the non-commercial terms and conditions outlined below.

1. PERMITTED USES

• 1.1 Personal Desktop Testing: Installation is permitted for 1 individual user on 1 personal computer/workstation strictly for testing, evaluating, learning, academic/student projects, and personal design mockups.
• 1.2 Pitch & Concept Previews: You may use the font in non-public internal client concept pitches or design exploration before obtaining a commercial license.

2. STRICT RESTRICTIONS (COMMERCIAL PROHIBITION)

• 2.1 No Commercial Usage: You are strictly PROHIBITED from using the font in any commercial capacity, paid work, client final deliverables, monetized YouTube/social media, physical merchandise, packaging, advertising, or selling products.
• 2.2 No Embedding & Webfont: Web embedding via @font-face on public websites, app embedding, and ebook distribution are not permitted.
• 2.3 No Redistribution: You may not share, resell, sub-license, decompile, modify, or redistribute the font files.

3. COMMERCIAL UPGRADE

• To release client work, print merchandise, launch logos, or publish monetized digital content, please purchase a Standard, Professional, Extended, or Corporate license.

By purchasing and downloading this font software, Fontsider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, access, and use the font(s) in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. PERMITTED USES

• 1.1 Desktop: Installation is allowed for up to 2 Users on up to 3 devices (e.g., workstation, laptop, or cloud-based design account) owned by the licensed individual or organization.
• 1.2 Commercial Projects & End Products: Up to 5 commercial projects and up to 3,000 end product units for sale. The font must not be used in ‘on-demand’ or ‘editable’ applications where the end-user can create their own designs.
• 1.3 Digital Ads: Use in digital advertisements across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms, with a limit of 5,000 monthly impressions.
• 1.4 Social Media Content: Permitted for organic (non-paid) social media posts, stories, reels, and videos for official accounts owned by the Licensee. Limit: Unlimited views/impressions for organic content.
• 1.5 Website: Self-hosting on websites via CSS @font-face is allowed, with a limit of 10,000 monthly pageviews.
• 1.6 Logo Usage: Permitted for use in logos, marks, or branding. Deliverables to clients must be in outlined vector shapes or flattened image formats. Note: You are NOT permitted to register or trademark the logo design under Standard. Trademarking requires an Extended License or higher.

2. RESTRICTIONS

• 2.1 Entity Restriction: Valid for a single organization or individual. The font software may not be shared outside the licensed entity.
• 2.2 Client Work Restriction: You may create designs for clients, but the raw font files must not be sent to clients. Clients needing to type or install must purchase their own license.
• 2.3 Prohibited Uses: Broadcast, television, cinema; embedding in mobile apps, games, software, or ePubs; reselling or redistributing font files; training or validating Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Deep Learning models.

3. USAGE DEFINITIONS

• 3.1 Desktop Usage: Installation on licensed devices and usage in tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop for static graphic creation.
• 3.2 End Product Usage: Creation of final flattened goods intended for sale or distribution up to the stated threshold.
• 3.3 Website Usage: Monthly pageview tracking on self-hosted domains.

4. ADDITIONAL TERMS

• 4.1 Renewal & Upgrades: License holders may upgrade at any time by paying only the price difference.
• 4.2 Termination: Fontsider reserves the right to terminate this license without refund if any terms are violated.
• 4.3 Jurisdiction: This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

By purchasing and downloading this font software, Fontsider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license with extended limits suited for design studios and agencies.

• 1.1 Desktop: Installation allowed for up to 5 Users on up to 8 devices owned by the licensed entity.
• 1.2 Commercial Prints & Products: Unlimited commercial projects and up to 20,000 end product units for sale.
• 1.3 Digital Ads: Up to 50,000 monthly impressions across paid advertising channels.
• 1.4 Social Media Content: Unlimited views and impressions for organic content.
• 1.5 Website: Self-hosting allowed with up to 500,000 monthly pageviews.
• 1.6 Logo Usage: Permitted in logos (outlined format). Trademark registration requires Extended tier or higher.

2. RESTRICTIONS & ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Same single entity restrictions apply. Font files may not be transmitted to third parties or used for AI training.
• Governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

• 1.6 App / Game / Software / ePub Embedding: Embed font software into One (1) Mobile App/Game/Software OR up to Ten (10) eBook titles.

2. RESTRICTIONS

• Broadcast TV and movie cinema usage requires Corporate License. Content generation apps where users type custom text require custom licensing.
